§ 156.041  OWNER/OCCUPIER PERMITS LIMITED.
   An owner/occupier may only obtain 1 permit every 4 years, and only for 1 address. A permit issued to an owner/occupier shall be subject to the expiration and extension limitations in § 156.036.
