§ 156.040  OWNER/OCCUPIER DEFINED.
   An owner/occupier means a person who owns the 1- or 2-family dwelling (Class 2 structure) place where he or she resides, or a person who is the owner of record of a parcel located within the city limits of the city and who undertakes to live in a new 1- or 2-family dwelling (Class 2 structure) under construction or planned for construction, or a person who is the owner of record of a parcel located within the city limits of the city and who undertakes to live in a currently empty house (Class 2 structure) located on that parcel where the 1- or 2-family dwelling (Class 2 structure)is being remodeled. This definition includes persons that have a recorded land contract purchase agreement and who otherwise comply with the provisions of this section.
