§ 156.039 OWNER/OCCUPIER AFFIDAVIT.

The Plumbing Inspector shall, upon the request for a plumbing permit by an owner/occupier, require the owner/occupier to complete an affidavit affirming that said owner/occupier is indeed an owner/occupier or intends to become an owner/occupier.
