§ 156.038  OWNER/OCCUPIER PLUMBING PERMITS.
   (A)   An owner/occupier who wants to do plumbing work in his own residence shall apply for a permit for plumbing work. The owner/occupier shall personally do said work. The owner/occupier shall obtain the necessary permits from the Building Department.
   (B)   All plumbing done by an owner/occupier must meet the rules adopted in § 156.003. The owner/ occupier is responsible for obtaining all inspections.
