§ 156.035 WATER TREATMENT DEVICES; INSPECTION REQUIRED.

The installation of any water treatment device shall require an inspection. Such inspection is required even where a connection to a potable water supply (known in the trade as a softener by-pass) or a connection to sewer lines was previously present.
