§ 156.028  REGISTRATION, USE BY OTHERS.
   (A)   A duly licensed and registered State of Indiana plumbing contractor may obtain city plumbing permits for others providing the following conditions are met:
      (1)   The person or corporation for whom they are obtaining the permit has a plumbing license;
      (2)   At least 1 State of Indiana licensed journeyman plumber who is employed by the duly licensed and registered State of Indiana plumbing contractor, must be physically present at the job site while any plumbing work is being done; and
      (3)   All the other plumbers on the job site are State of Indiana licensed journeyman plumbers or State of Indiana registered apprentice plumbers.
   (B)   The plumbing contractor undertakes the same responsibility as he assumes for plumbing work he does by his own hand or by persons in his employ, for all plumbing work done under any permit he obtains for others.
