§ 156.009 ORDINANCE ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   This chapter shall be administered by the Plumbing Inspector who shall take such action as may be reasonable and necessary to secure compliance with it.
   (B)   Whenever the term ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY is used in this chapter, it shall be construed to mean the Plumbing Inspector or an authorized representative. The term Plumbing Inspector includes an authorized representative.
