§ 156.008  PLUMBING INSPECTOR; APPOINTMENT.
   A Plumbing Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall hold office until his successor is appointed and qualified. He shall be a practical plumber licensed by the State of Indiana who has had at least 10 years actual experience either as a plumber or as an inspector of plumbing. The Plumbing Inspector shall obtain inspector's certification from a recognized certification agency, within 2 years of hire. During his term as Plumbing Inspector, he shall not be actively engaged in the plumbing business nor shall he have a financial interest in any plumbing business.
