§ 154.01 ADOPTION OF INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
   The International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 Edition, as amended, that is published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Elkhart, as if fully set out in this chapter with the additions, insertions, deletions, and changes, prescribed in § 154.02 of this chapter.
