§ 36.168  MANAGER.
   (A)   The Mayor may appoint a General Manager to manage the day to day business operation of the Theatre and the Theatre Complex, supervise the paid employees and volunteers, supervise the maintenance and repair of the facility, and carry out the duties of his or her position and policies of Governing Board and the Board of Public Works as established from time to time.  The Mayor may also appoint a Theatre Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Theatre and to perform all other duties and responsibilities necessary for the effective and efficient operation of the Theatre.
   (B)   The General Manager and the Theatre Manager shall be employees of the city whose terms, conditions and benefits of employment shall be established by the city. The compensation for each position shall be established in the annual city salary ordinance and budget.
