(A) Monies in the Fund may be expended only:
(1) For the purposes set forth in I.C. 8-14-16-5, as such was incorporated in House Enrolled Act No. 1008, and as such shall from time to time hereinafter be amended or expanded; and
(2) In a fashion consistent with the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) Monies in the Fund shall consist of:
(1) The original allocation to city government from the State of Indiana Major Moves Construction Fund;
(2) Monies received hereafter from other state, federal, or local sources; and
(3) Monies repaid to the Fund from advancements made from the Fund and from interest earnings on advancements, or other investment earnings in the Fund.
