§ 36.122  DUTIES OF ADVISORY BOARD.
   The Museum Advisory Board shall have the power to take the following actions:
   (A)   Design, maintain and co-ordinate placement of all museum displays;
   (B)   Grow the museum to prominence in display quality, presentations and visitor attendance;
   (C)   Advise the Board of Public Works on the management of the property, affairs, operating funds and the budget of the museum complex, and perform all acts and functions not inconsistent with this subchapter;
   (D)   Advise the Board of Public Works on the establishment of rules governing the use of the museum complex and facilities by the public;
   (E)   Advise the Board of Public Works on prescribing the duties and regulating the compensation of employees of the museum;
   (F)   Prepare an annual report to the Board of Public Works concerning the status of the museum projects;
   (G)   Keep a complete record of all museum projects; and
   (H)   Appoint 1 of the members as liaison to the Board of Public Works.
