§ 36.117  APPOINTMENT OF ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS.
   The 5 members for the Museum Advisory Board shall be appointed as follows:
   (A)   Two members shall be selected by the Lake Shore Railroad Historical Foundation, Inc. ("Lake Shore") Board of Directors.
   (B)   Two members shall be appointed by the Common Council, who are not city employees.  One of these members shall be appointed by the Democratic Council members and 1 of these members shall be appointed by the Republican Council members.
   (C)   One member shall be appointed by the Mayor, who is not a city employee.
