§ 36.115 CREATION OF MUSEUM; PURPOSE.
   There is hereby created a department of the city within the Executive Branch city government to be known as the National New York Central Railroad Museum (hereinafter "museum"). The purpose of the department will be to operate an historical museum complex which will provide housing and display facilities which include but are not limited to archives, artifacts and other items or documents which portray the role of railroading in the development of the Elkhart area.
