§ 38.04  DEPOSITING CODE VIOLATION FINES IN UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.
   (A)   The Unsafe Building Fund is hereby designated as the depository for all fines collected by the City Court for violations of the Unsafe Building Ordinance (Ord. 4704 as amended) and violations of the Property Maintenance Ordinance (Ord. 4273 as amended).
   (B)   All fines collected for violations of the Unsafe Building Ordinance and violations of the Property Maintenance Ordinance shall be deposited into the Unsafe Building Fund and used for the purposes for which the Unsafe Building Fund is established.
