All new commercial construction projects shall be reviewed by the Technical Review Committee who shall meet on a regular basis not less than twice a month and according to a calendar established at the beginning of each calendar year. Members of the Committee shall include representatives from the Office of Planning and Development, the Fire Department, and the Office of Public Works. Review shall include compliance with all applicable requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, Fire Code, Sewer Use and Rate Ordinance and Water Works Rules and Regulations for water and sewer, city Standard Construction Specification for traffic control and drainage, and state and local MS4 regulations for erosion control.
