§ 33.486 DEPOSIT OF FUNDS.

All fines collected for violations of the parking regulations contained in the Zoning Ordinance shall be deposited into the Off-Street Parking Enforcement Fund and in no other place. The Common Council may transfer monies into the Fund when necessary to advance a public purpose.
