There is created and established the city’s Plan Commission for the city to consist of 9 members, 5 of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor, 1 of whom shall be a member of the Council of the city, to be selected by it, 1 of whom shall be the President of the Board of Public Works of the city, 1 of whom shall be the City Engineer, and 1 of whom shall be a member of the Board of Park Commissioners, to be selected by that Board.
