§ 36.035 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   A Board of Zoning Appeals is created.
   (B)   The Board shall consist of 5 members appointed by the Mayor.
   (C)   All members shall be residents of the city and 2 members shall be members of the Plan Commission.
   (D)   No member of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold any other elective, appointive or salaried office in the city or county government.
