(A) Each employer, employment agency, labor organization or joint labor-management committee covered under this chapter shall post notices in a format accessible to applicants, employees and members describing the applicable provisions of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the American with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, in a manner prescribed by Section 711 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e-10).
(B) A willful violation of division (A) of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100 for each separate offense.
