(A) The Oak Hills Concessions Fund established by § 33.445 shall hold the proceeds from the sale of concession items collected by the staff of the Parks and Recreation Department.
(B) The funds accumulated in the Oak Hills Concessions Fund may be disbursed for purchase of concession supplies, including but not limited to food items, paper goods, beverages and an alcoholic beverage permit for the sale of beer at the golf course.
(C) The City Controller is hereby authorized to transfer $6,000 from within the budget of Oak Hills Golf Course as follows:
