§ 33.379 NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   Monies deposited in the Horizon Fund shall not revert to other funds unless the Horizon Fund is terminated by ordinance of the Council.
   (B)   In the event that the Horizon Fund is terminated, any monies in the Horizon Fund are to be transferred by the City Controller to the General Fund, unless otherwise directed by the Council.
