§ 159.02  CITY ENGINEER TO FURNISH CERTIFICATE SHOWING NUMBER.
   It shall be the duty of the City Engineer to deliver to each owner or occupant of any building who furnishes him or her with a description of the premises so owned or occupied and an accurate statement of the location of any buildings thereon a certificate showing the number to be placed on the building.
