§ 33.335 ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.

   (A)   There is hereby established the city’s Cumulative Firefighting Building and Equipment and Police Radio Fund.

   (B)   The city’s Cumulative Firefighting Building and Equipment and Police Radio Fund is established until such time as the fund is rescinded.

§ 33.336 COLLECTION OF FUNDS.

   (A)   An ad valorem property tax levy will be imposed and the revenues from the levy will be retained in the city’s Cumulative Firefighting Building and Equipment and Police Radio Fund.

   (B)   The maximum rate of levy under division (A) above will not exceed $0.033 per $100 assessed valuation for 2006 and thereafter.
