§ 157.080 CREATION OF BOARD OF REVIEW; APPELLATE PROCEDURE.
   (A)   There is created a Board of Review which shall consist of the Mayor, who shall be the Chairperson, and 5 members of the Examining Board other than the Electrical Inspector.
   (B)   Each member of the Board shall serve without pay and until he has been removed from office by the Mayor and his or her successor has been appointed.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation may register an appeal with the Board of Review for a review of any decision of the Electrical Inspector provided that the appeal is made in writing within 10 days after that person, firm or corporation has been notified of the decision by the Electrical Inspector. Upon receipt of the appeal, the Board shall proceed to determine whether the action of the Electrical Inspector complies with this chapter and within 30 days shall make a decision in accordance with its findings. Four members of the Board present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and any action taken at any meeting shall require the affirmative vote of at least 4 members.
