The revenues collected under this chapter pursuant to § 157.013, shall be placed in a special non-reverting fund, known as the Electrical License Examination Fund, and the moneys in this fund shall be used only for the following purposes: test forms, supplies, proctoring, grading, reviewing and the handling, servicing and processing of tests used by the city to determine eligibility of candidates applying for a license to perform electrical work in the city. These funds shall be distributed by the chairman of the Electrical Examining Board as needed to provide the license testing service to applicants.
