§ 33.295  ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.
   (A)   There is established a non-reverting Curb and Gutter Construction Fund for the sole purpose of installing curbs and gutters in neighborhoods that predate Ch. 152 and do not have any curbs and gutters.  New subdivisions are not eligible to use this fund.  Areas of the city that have broken or dilapidated curbs and gutters may utilize this fund for rehabilitation at appropriate unit charges and only in economic quantities (that is, exceeding 40 lineal feet).  (Ord. 3881, passed 8-16-1988)
   (B)   In recognition of the purpose of this Curb and Gutter Fund to improve drainage and improve urbanized streetscape standard conformance, planning cycles for coordination of this effort with storm sewer, catchbasin and inlet construction and street cross section modification under the Comprehensive Pavement Rehabilitation Program are hereby established.
