§ 155.14 NONLIABILITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.
   No provision of this chapter shall be construed as imposing upon the administrative authority or the political jurisdiction by whom he or she is employed any liability or responsibility for damages to any property or person who suffers injury or loss of life as a result of defects in any equipment or the installation thereof, nor shall the political jurisdiction or any official or any employee thereof be held as assuming any such liability or responsibility by reason of the inspection authorized hereunder or certificate of inspection issued by the administrative authority nor shall the political jurisdiction or any official or employee thereof be held as assuming any liability or responsibility for property damage from any cause whatsoever resulting from or during the operation of the equipment.
