§ 155.12 RESPONSIBILITY OF CONTRACTORS.
   (A)   It shall be the responsibility of the individual contractor to leave any installation, alteration or repair in a safe condition. If a contractor finds equipment in an unsafe condition and does not correct that condition, he or she must notify the owner or occupant and the Inspector of the unsafe condition.
   (B)   If a contractor finds equipment that is unsafe and the owner refuses to make repairs, the contractor shall notify the Inspector immediately.
   (C)   Any person, duly licensed as required by this chapter to supervise or perform any installation of work governed by this chapter, who shall, as such licensee, take out or secure a permit such as is required by this chapter, for work to be done by any person not in the employ of the licensed person or not working under the direct supervision of the license holder or his or her employee, or who shall allow his or her name to be used by any other person for the purpose either of doing any such work or obtaining permit therefor, shall by such act, have his or her license suspended, and the Inspector shall thereafter refuse to issue any further permits to construct, install, alter or repair any equipment under that license until the Board has lifted the suspension.
