§ 155.11  BOARD OF REVIEW CREATED.
   (A)   There is created a Board of Review which shall consist of the Building Commissioner or his or her designee, who shall be the Chairperson; and 5 members of the Mechanical Examining Board other than the Inspector.  Each member of the Board shall serve until he or she has been removed from office by the Mayor and his or her successor has been appointed.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation may register an appeal with the Board of Review for a review of any decision of the Mechanical Inspector provided that the appeal is made in writing within 10 days after that person, firm or corporation has been notified of the decision by the Mechanical Inspector. Upon receipt of the appeal, the Board shall proceed to determine whether the action of the Mechanical Inspector complies with this chapter and within 30 days shall make a decision in accordance with its findings.
   (C)   Three members of the Board of Review present at any meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and any action taken at any meeting shall require the affirmative vote of the majority present.  Further, appeal may be sought as provided in I.C. 22-13-2-7 in accordance with I.C. 4-21.5-3-7.
