§ 33.228 MAXIMUM PAYMENTS FOR PERSONS PLACED ON PROBATION FOR MORE THAN 1 OFFENSE.

   Persons placed on probation for more than 1 offense may not be required to pay more than:

   (A)   One initial probation user’s fee; and

   (B) One monthly probation user’s fee per month to the Clerk of the Court.
