§ 153.15 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish or reroof any building or structure regulated by this code without first obtaining a permit from the Building Commissioner. Permits shall be applied for using forms furnished by the Building Commissioner, and all fees required by this code shall be paid to the city. A permit is not required for a residential storage shed, gazebo, deck or other accessory structure 120 square feet or less in area, and not more than 30 inches above grade. No permit shall be issued to a person that would cause a violation of I.C. 22-15-3-7.
