§ 33.227 MAXIMUM RATE OF LEVY.
   The maximum rate of levy under § 33.226 will not exceed:
   (A)   $50 for an initial probation user’s fee; and
   (B)   $10 monthly probation user’s fee for each month, or part thereof, that the person remains on reporting probation.
