§ 152.118  SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   All subdivisions shall contain sidewalks with the following minimum dimensions:
      (1)   Width:  4 feet.
      (2)   Thickness:  4 inches.
   (B)   The Plan Commission may require increased minimums from those listed in division (A) when, in its opinion, site conditions warrant them.
