§ 152.117 STREET STANDARDS.

   (A)   Street grades shall not be in excess of 3% on primary and secondary streets, nor 5% on other streets.

   (B)   All streets within the corporate limits of the city shall be paved and bounded by concrete curb and gutter.

   (C)   The following required street related improvements shall be located, designed and constructed in conformance with City Engineering Department standards as adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety:

      (1)   Pavement widths and profiles;

      (2)   Concrete curb and gutter;

      (3)   Storm water inlets and catch basins; and

      (4)   Any other utility appurtenances within the public right-of-way.
