§ 152.116  SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS.
   (A)   All subdivisions shall be connected to the city sewage disposal system if reasonably accessible or required by other governing authorities.  Sanitary sewer lines shall be installed in accordance with specifications established by the City Engineer.  In the event that access to the city sewer system is not reasonably accessible, private septic systems or sewage disposal plant may be utilized as approved by the appropriate governmental agencies.
   (B)   When required by the city, storm sewers shall be constructed throughout the subdivision, separate and independent of the sanitary sewer system, providing an outlet to an approved natural drainage way or connection to the city storm sewer system.
