§ 152.115 STATEMENT FROM CITY ENGINEER REQUIRED.

No subdivision of land shall be approved without a statement from the City Engineer certifying that all improvements indicated in the subdivision plans, specifications and accompanying agreements meet the minimum requirements of this chapter and all other applicable city ordinances and regulations.
