§ 152.100 PARKS, SCHOOLS AND PUBLIC AREAS.
   (A)   The Plan Commission may require, if deemed necessary, that a subdivider dedicate to the city or reserve for use of the residents of the subdivision a reasonable area for park, open space or school sites.
   (B)   The dedicated or reserved area shall not exceed 10% of the total area of the subdivision excluding public rights-of-way.
