(A) (1) The maximum length of a block shall be 1,800 feet.
(2) When designated by the Plan Commission, blocks over 800 feet shall have cross-walkways at the approximate center.
(3) The use of additional cross-walkways, in any instance, to provide safe and convenient access to schools, parks or other similar destinations may be specified by the Commission.
(B) Blocks shall fit easily into the overall plan of the subdivision and their design shall take into consideration traffic flow and public areas.
