(A) Easements across lots or centered on rear or side lot lines shall be provided for utilities where necessary and shall be at least 10 feet in width, or five feet on both sides of the property lines.
(B) For a subdivision traversed by a water course, drainage way, channel or stream, a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way shall be provided which substantially conforms with the lines of the water course and is of sufficient width to protect the drainage capacity of the water course. If the water course is classified as a county regulated drain, approval by the county’s Drainage Board is required.
