§ 152.037 POWERS OF COMMITTEE.

   The Plat Committee may:

   (A)   Grant primary approval, conditional approval or disapproval of all minor subdivisions;

   (B)   Grant primary approval, conditional approval or disapproval of all other subdivisions of three lots or less; and

   (C)   Grant secondary (final plat) approval for all subdivisions.
