§ 152.004  ZONING CLEARANCE PERMIT.
   No zoning clearance permit as defined by Chapter 151 of this code shall be issued for the construction of any building, structure or improvement to the land or any lot within a subdivision as defined in this chapter, which has been approved for platting or replatting, until all requirements of this chapter have been met.
