§ 152.002 SUBDIVISIONS AS A PERMITTED USE.

The City Council, through the Zoning Chapter, shall designate those zoning districts in which subdivisions are allowed. No subdivision shall be approved in any zone in which it is prohibited by Chapter 151 of this code of ordinances.
