§ 33.115  ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.
   There is created for the city a Firemen’s Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees for the control and management of the fund.  The Council elects to establish the Board of Trustees and Firemen’s Pension Fund, being I.C. 36-8-7.
