§ 33.090  DEPOSIT OF FUNDS.
   The taxes, when collected, shall be held in a public depository in a special fund to be known and designated as Sewage Treatment, Storm Sewer and Disposal Plant Fund, and the fund now known as Cumulative Storm Sewer Fund shall be entitled Sewage Treatment, Storm Sewer and Disposal Plant Fund.
