§ 33.086  ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND.
   (A)   It is determined to reestablish, provide and approve a Cumulative Storm Sewer Fund pursuant to I.C. 36-9-26.
   (B)   To provide for this fund, this Council shall levy a tax at the rate of $.10 on each $100 of taxable property in the city.
