It is determined to reestablish, create, provide, and approve a cumulative Building and Equipment Fund pursuant to I.C. 36-8-14-1 through I.C. 36-8-14-4. To provide for the Fund, the Council shall, at the appropriate time, levy a tax at the rate of $.10 on each $100 of assessed valuation of all taxable property in the city.
