§ 34.085 BONDING; REPORTS.
   The Treasurer of the Commission and any other person writing checks or handling funds shall be bonded to the city in an amount commensurate to the largest amount of money on hand in any given month. The Commission Treasurer shall make an itemized quarterly report to the City Council showing expenses and outlays for each month.
