(A) Staff. The Commission may avail itself of such staff as needed from time to time as assigned by the Mayor. Assignments shall be consistent with policies established by the city.
(B) Right to receive and spend funds. The Commission, in addition to any appropriations made by the city, shall have the right to receive, hold and spend funds which it may legally receive from any and every source both in and out of the commonwealth for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this subchapter.
