§ 156.10 POST-CONSTRUCTION QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

   Possess a license as a professional engineer in good standing in the commonwealth with demonstrated knowledge and experience in:

   (A)   Storm water quality treatment practices and BMPs;

   (B)   Operational standards;

   (C)   Cause and failure indicators; and

   (D)   Maintenance measures used to prevent and correct failures.
